How do I return a product?
Return by mail
If you want to return your products you can send an email to twotwinssfashion@gmail.com and we will send you the info about how you can return your item.
You pay for your return package yourself.
How much time does it take for my item to be delivered?
Twentytwo does its best to send your product within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The item will be delivered after 3 to 5 workdays after you ordered your product (your product has to be ordered within the Netherlands). If you ordered your product in another country than the Netherlands, it will take a bit longer.
⚠️When you order a product on pre-order, your product is going to be made especially for you. Of course, this then takes several weeks before you receive the product.⚠️
What are the shipping prices?
When you go to checkout and add your address, the website calculates the total shipping cost. If you live outside the EU then there may be import fees/taxes to pay. Twentytwo is not liable for this and the costs are not included.
How can I cancel my order?
If you orderd a product from twentytwo but you wanted another size or you want to cancel your order. Send us a email twotwinssfashion@gmail.com and we will sort this out with you.
How can I pay?
Twentytwo accepts several methodes of payment. When you go to checkout the payment methods are listed or else look at the bottom of the website.
